New property with excellent renovations. Rooms were modern and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable. Location was close to ferry landing and other boat shuttle area.
Owners made us feel like family ! Amazing staff of people at this property. Great places to eat all around this Hotel. Excellent breakfast at Hotel ( I rate the best breakfast in all my years of traveling Europe). On site Chef was a real treat for us. We will definitely be returning!!

We had a great stay in Heritage Hotel Dea. It is a charming and beautiful hotel set in a very convenient location in the old town close to the ferry port.
The staff were all incredibly welcoming, hospitable and helpful and really took care of us during our stay for which we were very appreciative of. They helped us make the most out of our 5 days in Hvar! Let’s not forget about the breakfast... freshness and yumminess.. merci chef for your croatian pancakes and scrambled eggs..
Would definitely recommend a stay here whilst in Hvar.

What a great find. The hotel is in an excellent location, the room and bathroom were perfect. The bed was super comfortable, great water pressure and very clean. The staff was amazing. So friendly, helpful and amazing. The breakfast was very good!! They make eggs to order and the assortment of fresh fruit, salads and breads are delicious.
I can not say enough about the restaurant. Not your typical tourist food!

Hotel was in a great location close to the port, all restaurants and shops. The staff were more than helpful and made us feel like a part of their family. They helped organize boat trips, wine visits, reservations and took care to ensure we were given first class service including carrying our heavy suitcases up the stairs! I will stay here again on my next trip to Hvar.

Beautiful new hotel with nicely decorated fancy rooms. Staff extremely helpful and kind. Food in the restaurant was amazing, particularly tuna fish stuffed with goose liver pate- delicious. Highly recommend!

What we like the most is the service which was top notch , Matte was genuinely a nice host and that makes a big difference , we booked last minute so we had an okay room but clean and all new - the bed is fabulous as well as the bed linen . We wish it wasn’t a room by the reception as it was a bit weird but overall we were very happy . Again , as anywhere in Croatia , it is sadly not a good value for money but that is everywhere - it is expensive for just a simple room but the breakfast was nice .

Our stay at Heritage Hotel Dea was perfect! Just like the island of Hvar....the Hotel was beautiful & the staff were amazing. Our stay felt like we were staying with friends. Always a friendly face to greet us. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. The Hotel is easy walk to harbor for Split ferry or other boats to smaller islands. The breakfast is delicious.
A beautiful buffet spread and a great Chef on site to cook eggs to order. I cannot wait to visit again.

Great place to eat in a fantastic atmosphere. We’re in Hvar for 3 nights and this was the best we found. The staff was very friendly and helpfull and food were 1st class. We want to highly recommend this restaurant .

There are numerous positives about staying at the hotel DEA when visiting the island of Hvar. Firstly the hotel is very close to the ferry port. This is essential if you are planning a longer visit to the island and have heavy luggage. Hvar island is very hilly and there are steps everywhere which you ultimately need to climb to get to any accommodation in Hvar.

My friend and I visited the island for 7 days and were originally booked to stay in self catering accommodation across town, which didnt work out! The DEA staff/owners came to our rescue after we found their lovely hotel online. The guys went above and beyond and turned what could have been a disappointing holiday into one we will remember forever.

The hotel is 1 of 51 Heritage hotels in Croatia. Heritage status is only given to hotels which are at a certain quality level and are in buildings more than 300 years old. We were not familiar with this term before speaking to the owner and would classify the hotel as Boutique.

The rooms at the hotel are modern comfortable and homely. The hotel has a restaurant offering inclusive breakfast (both buffet and hot breakfast cooked to order). Currently, guests can experience fine dining at an additional cost and the restaurant is open to the public, so booking is recommended.

The best thing for me about the hotel aside from the location are the young and eager owners. They are friendly and welcoming and we wanted for nothing during our stay. Matej was very knowledgeable about the island and surrounding areas and could organise trips if required.

The hotel is what I call a stylish place with many beautiful details. The atmosphere is very familiar and friendly.

The rooms are clean and beautiful with an excellent bed. The young staff is doing an excellent job as hosts and as chefs. They help and care when needed. This and the perfect surroundings made the stay here a perfect summer holiday.

Even for single travellers I would recommend this hotel heritage Dea. The familiar atmosphere gives you a „at home with friends“ feeling.

The hotel is situated right at the beginning of the old town. Everything is reached by a short walk!

The price-performance ratio is great! I would highly recommend this place for a shorter or a longer stay.
